Dr. Myella Leiba is an award-winning author, business entrepreneur, and modern leader celebrated for her achievements in technology and leadership. Honored with the Women of Color in Technology Rising Star Award and the Black Engineer of the Year Modern Day Technology Leader Award, Dr. Leiba brings exceptional expertise and a passion for transformation to every endeavor. As the founder of Strive 4 Impact, LLC, and the creator of the Release Your Unique Leadership Potential workshop series, she empowers organizations and individuals to unlock their full potential.

Dr. Leiba’s academic excellence lays a strong foundation for her visionary leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University Extension, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. Her research focuses on the value minority executive leaders bring to STEM corporations. Additionally, she has earned certifications in Leadership at All Levels and Systems Architecture from MIT and Strategic Management from Harvard University.
